Scott is survived by his wife, Cynthia Hughes; daughters, Erika Hughes and Amanda (Andrew) Gadzala; brothers, Robert Hughes, Kevin (Laura) Hughes and Jack (Melissa) Hughes; sister, Stacey (Mike) Gorby; grandchildren, Liliana Parks, Dominik Hernandez, Raegan Gadzala and Emma Hernandez; mother in law, Lula Prohaska; and many other special family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents Edward & Blanche Hughes
Scott graduated from Portage High School. He worked for UGN. He enjoyed playing pool and was active as a league player.
