Jason Tyler Hunt, 37, of Jefferson City, passed away May 2, 2019, after an extended illness.

Born December 18, 1981, Jason faced many serious, lifelong health challenges since birth, but he accepted his circumstances and fought his conditions bravely and without complaint, with such a positive spirit – and a wonderful sense of humor – that served as a constant inspiration to others.

A golf enthusiast and a proud employee of Summit Medical Group, Jason's loving heart and natural sense of friendship and kindness to others made him a valued, trusted and beloved friend to many and a deeply treasured family member who will be sorely missed.

The family wishes to extend sincere appreciation to Smoky Mountain Home Health and Hospice.
