Caledonia: Passed away 5/15/15 at age 82, at his summer home in Caledonia. He was born June 24, 1932 in Rochester to Jack and Doris Sims. He is survived by his wife, Nadine; brother, Tom (Carol); son, Skip (Judy); daughter, Cheryl (Tibor) Kooy; step-daughter, Karen (Michael) French; step-sons, Steve (Heather), Gary and David Mallory; 4 granddaughters, 7 grandsons, and 5 great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews. Jack was a Caledonia Volunteer Fireman for over 25 years, a carpenter by trade, an avid golfer, and a woodworking artist. He served in the Army from 1950 to 1953, he was a Mason, a past commander of American Legion Post 367, Scottsville, and was a current member of American Legion Post 0225, Caledonia. Jack was predeceased by his wife, "Katie" Sims.
