Graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, May 6, 2019, at the Rock Island National Cemetery. The Ralph J. Wittich-Riley-Freers Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
Jeff was born on September 8, 1953, in Muscatine, the son of John Clifford and Delores J. Elfers Williamson.
He attended Muscatine High School.
He was a US Navy veteran serving during the Vietnam Era.
Survivors include a half-sister, Pam Everhart of Muscatine.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
