He is survived by his children, Allen Talley (Yvette) of Sturgis, South Dakota, Kelly Talley (Kim) of Cheyenne, Kim Nelson of Colorado Springs, Colorado, Korey Talley (Tara) of Grand Junction, Colorado, and Kaddy Mosher (Wade) of Idaho Falls, Idaho; siblings, Owen Talley of Tucson, Arizona, Paul Talley of Cheyenne, Lloyd Talley of Keystone, South Dakota, and Doris Caswell of Rapid City, South Dakota; ten grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
Carl was preceded in death by his wife, Doris Mae Talley; siblings, Flora, Edna, Marian, John, Glen, Vern, Dale, and Roy.
