Richard Rudolph Winston, 52, of Panama City, Fla., passed away Monday, May 19, 2008, at a local hospital. He was born in Panama City, where he attended Rutherford High School and enjoyed playing tennis and biking.
Richard was predeceased by his mother, Mary Slay. He is survived by his father, Bill Slay; son, Michael Winston; daughter, Kaitlyn; four brothers, Jerry Winston, Buddy Winston, Edward Winston and Sam Slay; sister, Darlene Jakab; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be conducted Saturday, May 24, 2008, at Southerland Family Funeral Home Chapel with Chaplain Craig Brannon.
