Bryan Ray Carter of Clyde/Eula, Texas passed into Heaven on Tuesday April 23rd, 2019.
Bryan was a loving father, husband, son, brother, uncle, and friend. His witty sense of humor kept everyone on their toes. He had a passion for rebuilding things and spending time with his family. He loved to pester and push everyone's buttons, he was very rarely seen without a smile on his face. He loved to laugh and enjoy life. Bryan was born and raised in Abilene,Tx he went to Abilene High School and worked in the trucking industry locally for his whole career.
He will be missed greatly by his wife Jodie Carter, son Jacob Sauer, daughter Kloe Carter all of Eula/Clyde, His mother Jan Carter (Abilene), Mother in-law Theda Gandy (Tahoka), step mother in-law Sonya Stanley(Lubbock), sister and brother in-law Staci & Rusty Boren (Abilene), sister and brother in-law Christie & James Ley Cloud(Tahoka), sister and brother in-law Kerrie & Alan Clark (Lubbock), Tara and Seth Redman (Snyder), Brother in-law Kasen Stanley(Lubbock), nieces and nephews: Jacie & Aaron Duboise (Tahoka), Caleb Boren (Abilene), Michael McNeil (Lubbock), Jason Boren (Abilene), McKayleigh McNeil (Lubbock), Copeland Cloud (Lubbock), Morgan Duboise (Lubbock), and Mallory Duboise (Lubbock).
He was preceded in death by his father Gayland Ray Carter (Abilene), nephew T.J. Cloud (Tahoka), niece Amanda Cloud (Tahoka), niece Melody Boren (Abilene).
Pallbearers are Robbie Harrison, Jimmy Clark, Wiley Cruser, Shaun Ayers, Rusty “Red” Miller, James Ley Cloud, Michael Maddox, Clayton Hall, Dustin Cloud, and Aaron Dubiose and Honorary PallBearer Charlie Lego.
Services will be held at Lighthouse Assembly of God at 5325 Texas Ave. Abilene, Tx. 79605 on Sunday April 28th at 2:30pm. Funeral arrangements with Piersall Funeral Directors.
Graveside will follow immediately after service at Eula Cemetery.
