AGE 67 YEARS
Janet L. Rodriguez, of McEwensville, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, April 28, 2019. She was the daughter of the late Malcolm and Loie (Barto) Wright. On July 25, 1981, she married Donald L. Rodriguez and they celebrated 37 years of marriage.
Janet was an active member of the Watsontown Alliance Church where she was currently serving as a deaconess. She taught Sunday school there and loved being involved with the TLC Daycare at the church for 13 years.
She was a member of the local CMA No. 138 Motorcycles Club, enjoyed painting, gardening, sewing and cooking, and was an avid reader, but most precious to her was the time she spent with her family.
Surviving besides her husband are a son, Robert T. Rodriguez, of Danville, and a daughter, Amanda R. Rodriguez, of McEwensville; three brothers, Charles and O. Michael Wright, both of Montgomery, and Edward Wright, of Antes Fort and a sister, Holly C. Hoover, of Watsontown. Janet was preceded in death by a daughter, Renee, four brothers and two sisters.
