SALLY JUANITA HARRELL BAILEY (lovingly known as “Sis” to all who knew her), Age 95, of Pulaski, VA, passed away Saturday, April 27, 2019. She was born in Pulaski, VA, April 11, 1924, and was the daughter of the late Harrison Harrell and Mackie May Black Harrell.

She was retired from the ABC Store and was a member of the Presbyterian Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 40 years, Grant Ralph Bailey; her sisters, Polly Henson, Beulah Vinson, Doris Shull, Coleen Barley and Ruby Burch and her brothers, Walford and Ray Harrell.

She will be remembered for her gift of gab, delicious home cooking and sense of humor. She loved her family unconditionally. She often worried about people, even those she did not know personally. She never met a stranger and everyone she met was blessed to know her. She will be sadly missed by all who knew her. She was our beautiful angel, and will forever be in our hearts.

She is survived by her two daughters, Connie Bailey, Pulaski, VA and Sherry Weaver and husband, Mark, Roanoke, VA and one son, Grant Bailey, Jr. and wife Fredia, Yorktown, VA; five grandchildren, Todd, Crystal, Wendy, Tosha and Zach; eight great-grandchildren and numerous nieces. A private memorial service will be held for family.
