MYERS - Frances Winnie (Griffin) Myers, age 81 of Snellville, passed away on Sunday, April 28, 2019. Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, May 4, 2019 in the Snellville Chapel of Tim Stewart Funeral Home. Pastor Don Witzel will officiate. Interment will follow at White Chapel Memorial Gardens in Duluth. Winnie was a member of Sunrise Baptist Church and retired from Lucent Technologies in 2006 after 32 years of service before becoming a fulltime seamstress. She had a great sense of humor and will be greatly missed by her family and friends. Winnie was preceded in death by her son, Lionel Savage, in 2002, and her daughter, Nancy Mabry, in 2007. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Arthur and Ronya Nalley of Dunwoody; son, Andy Nalley of Buford; sisters and brother-in-law, Joyce and Roswell Cleveland of Tucker, Gail and Mike Sheppard of Maysville, and Jeraldine and Jack Smith of Comer; twin sister, Eleanor Kennedy of Maysville; brother, Jerry Griffin of Maysville; grandchildren, Spencer Mabry of Lilburn, Ashley Nalley of Flowery Branch, Zach Nalley of Flowery Branch, Cody Steinbery of Dunwoody, and Jake Nalley of Dunwoody; great grandchild, Ayden Nalley of Flowery Branch; and numerous family and friends.
