On Thursday November 9th, Jennie Lou Mann went to be with the Lord after almost 97 years of life well lived.

Jennie was born to Edward and Minnie Losh on November 10, 1920 in Mason, Ohio. Jennie grew up in the Mason area along with her two brothers Ted and Dick, and two sisters, Helen and Jewell. She graduated from Mason High School and opened a Beauty Salon in Cincinnati.

She met her loving husband Bob at a dance in Cincinnati, and they were married on February 19, 1949 in Mason, Ohio. Bob worked at National Cash Register and Jennie retired from the Beauty Salon to raise their son Robert Glenn Mann.

NCR transferred the family to Overland Park Kansas in 1961. They remained there until 1995 when they moved to Georgetown, Texas to be closer to their son and his family. Jennie enjoyed Georgetown very much. She played bridge weekly at The Stonehaven Senior Center until November 2016 and was very competitive. She was quite an accomplished pianist and enjoyed playing at The Stonehaven Senior Center, and local hospitals until 2011 when Bob passed away.

In October, 2015 , Jennie, her son Bob , and wife Rebecca travelled to Mason, Ohio for Jennie's sister Jewell's 100th Birthday. Jennie loved that trip very much and seeing all her Ohio family was a special treat.

Her smile and sweet disposition will be missed by all. Her great-grandchildren were the delight of her life.

The family would like to express their appreciation to the staff of Bel Air at Teravista Nursing Home, Stellar Senior Care, Heavenly Care, and Harbor Hospice for making Jennie as comfortable as possible during the last year of her life.
