Wright, Lillian Mary Laura Meighen, B.A.
Peacefully in her sleep, at home in Toronto on Sunday, January 17, 1993, in her 83rd year. Deeply loved and cherished wife and partner of Don Wright. Educator and Musician, since June 29, 1935. Producer of many of his programmes: a Perfect Team. Daughter of the late Isabel and Rt. Hon. Arthur Meighen. Dear sister of the late late Ted and Max, and sister-in-law of Peggy Meighen Molson and the late Taddy Meighen. Sorely missed by sister-in-law, Dr. Mary Wright of London. Beloved mother of Timothy in Sarnia, Priscilla in Ottawa, and Patrick in Toronto. Will be sadly missed by daughter-in-law Sherry in Sarnia and son-in-law Geoff in Ottawa. Proud grandmother of six: Christopher in Toronto, Brian in Australia, and Pamela in London; Liam in Ottawa; Alissa and Tarah in Toronto. Loving grandmother-in-law of Katrin in Toronto and Susan in Australia. Mourned by many nieces, nephews, their spouses and their children. Private family service. Cremation and entombment in Mount Pleasant Mausoleum. A memorial service will be held at the CHURCH OF ST. CLEMENT, 59 Briar Hill Ave, Toronto (at Duplex), at two o'clock on the afternoon of Saturday, January 23rd. A full life of devotion and love, lasting good works and music.
