Cheryl Kay Pratt Linder, age 56, passed away Wednesday morning, April 17, 2019, at her home in Batesville, She was the wife of David Linder, and they were married for 36 years.

Cheryl was born November 26, 1962, to the late Betty Ann Siltman Pratt and Larry Pratt in Batesville. Cheryl started her career as a pharmacist at Rush Foundation Hospital in Meridian, where she had previously lived before moving to Batesville.

She then went on to work at Mr. Discount Drugs in Meridian as well. Later on, she took time away from her pharmacy work to stay home and begin her journey as a mother. After her children got older, she went back to her pharmacy work and worked as a pharmacist at Walgreens.

Cheryl was a devoted Christian, wife, and mother. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Batesville. She enjoyed singing, playing the piano, cooking, and laughing. You would always know Cheryl was in the room if you heard her distinct, joyful laugh.

her husband, David Linder of Batesville;
her daughters, Sarah Caples (Brian) of Meridian, Rachel Linder of Batesville, and Isabella Linder also of Batesville;
one son, William Linder of Meridian;
her sister, Beth Ann Pratt Dunlap (Michael) of Batesville; and
one brother, Joe Pratt (Denise) of Olive Branch.

Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother, Jim Pratt.
