Robert Douglas “Doug” Spears, age 73 of Franklin, TN passed away April 27, 2019.
Retired from CPS as a press operator from 1964 – 2006.
Preceded in death by wife, Odessa Dowell Spears; grandchildren, Anthony and Jason Mosley; step son, John Paul Harris.
Survived by: daughters, Bridget (Nabor) Rodela, Teresa Lara, Melissa Wix; son, Michael (Susan) Beard; step son, Chris Harris; brother, Mike (Joann) Spears; sisters, Nancy Dale, Mamie Ruth Ashworth, Katherine Phillips and Inez Barnes; fourteen grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home, Danny Wise officiating. Interment Williamson Memorial Gardens. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
