A father, a father-in-law, a brother, an uncle, a friend, but the most important thing to him was being “Papa”. Jay is survived by his daughter, Mandy DeDonder and husband Bruce of the home, their children Carli, Lucas, Cade and Brigan, Jason Ramey and his wife Tiffany of Hope and their kids Kelsi, Troy, and Tyler, sister Cindy Harwood of Abilene, sister Kim Woolridge of Madisonville, Tennessee, and brother Faun Ramey of Athens, Tennessee, nephew John Harwood, Jr, niece Chris (Steve) Seets, 14 great nieces and nephews, and one great great niece and two great great nephews. He was proceeded in death by his parents, brother-in-law John Harwood, Sr., aunt and uncle Doris and Grady Turner, and step-brother Gary Wills.
