Linda was born March 24, 1944, in Calvert City, Ky., to Walter "Arval" and Ilona Keeling. Linda was a 1962 graduate of North Marshall High School in Marshall County, Ky., and also attended Draughton's Business College. Linda was employed by Westlake Chemical in Calvert City, Ky., and fully enjoyed her vocation and co-workers until her retirement in 2000. She was a member of Calvert City's First Baptist Church and later First Baptist Church of Carrollton, Ky. Beside William "Billy" Beck, her husband of 47 years, Linda built a loving home and faithfully supported her children and grandchildren in their many pursuits. She made an indelible mark on all of them.
She is survived by her daughter, Jennifer Beck (Chris) White; and son, Jeffrey Trent (Caroline) Beck; five grandchildren, Noah, Ian, Sarah, Connor, and Nicholas; five siblings, and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, four siblings, and her husband, William Beck.
A memorial service is scheduled for March 23, at the United Methodist Church of Calver City, Ky. Donations may be made to Kentucky Special Olympics, 129 S 1st Street, Richmond, KY, 40475.
