Bobbie was born March 14, 1932 in Atoka Oklahoma to JW & Alberta Kyees. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband BJ Ramsey, son Ricky Dale Ramsey and 5 sisters.

She is survived by: daughter Sherry Bates and husband Mark; sisters Deloris Mason & Judith Irwin; grandsons Chris & Jason Bates, Jessie, Ricky, and Bobby Ramsey; granddaughter Candle Ramsey; and three great-grandchildren.
