Troy Delien King Jr, 68, of Maplewood, Mo passed away on April 21st, 2019.
Born in Licking, Mo on July 24th, 1950.
He was the eldest son of the late Troy Delien King Sr and Bertha Mae King.
Survived him are his siblings Donald King and Betty Nelson.
Along with 5 children, Jeffery King, Dawn King, Erin King, Casey King, and Kevin King.
He also had 10 grandchildren, Samantha Tibbitts, Benjamin Rockefeller, Paige and Peyton Gerkin, Jordan King, Jaxon King, Alex King, Henry Tibbitts, Jessi King and Troy Tibbitts.
He graduated from Maplewood Richmind Heights High school in 1968 and served 2 years in the Marines.

He loved his job working as a property manager for his boss and best friend, Laurie Rosenthal.

He had a strong passion for music, as if his extensive album collection didnt tell you that. He was proud of the work he did as a sound man for local concerts but also of the Bull Island Festival in Indiana.

He loved nature and the outdoors, especially the rocky mountains (both Colorado and Canadian)

Most of all he loved his friends and family. He would spend a lot of nights going though old photos or video tapes of family events, vacation or just life he had captured on tape. He would enjoy it like it was his first time watching then even though it was probably his 1000th.

Troy Delien King Jr was not just a family man, he was kind, giving, caring, humble and a bit of a hippie. He wanted to help as many people as possible, he wasnt rich with money (anytime he had extra he would give it to one of his kids) but he was rich in life and love and that is what made him truly happy.

Full Military Honors will be at 12:30 P.M. at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery
