Testimonial:
“Those who met and interacted with him were blessed to have the opportunity, he touched so many people. I could tell stories about him for days and weeks as all who met him could. He was kind, genuine, loving, and a selfless man. He gave to anyone and everyone whether he knew them or not. He would give you his last penny, the shirt off his back, he’d go hungry if it meant “you” could eat. He taught me so many great lessons even in his final moments. He always had everyone around him laughing….I learned so much about patience, giving, and love from him….Those things I will carry with me each and every day –he helped shape the man I am today and will forever be a part of who I am. For that I will always be thankful.” CFWitter.

Obituary:
Richard grew up in Everett, Washington. He was the sixth youngest of eight full brothers and sisters. He had four half-brothers and sisters. In Elementary School, he began living with his grandmother and grandfather Vera and Oscar. He Graduated from Everett High School. Later in life, Richard and Christian formed a bond of respect, fondness, and paternal love that translated into a professional relationship within Christian's Magician career. Richard was road driver, Equipment Handler, Stage Hand, best friend, and uncle to Christian. His last hours were spent with family and friends. His remains are next to his father in St. Mary's Cemetery in Marysville, Wa.

"By this measure of our friendship, you will know what you seek in love and life." 1966.
