Vickie Morgan, age 69, of Russellville died Thursday, April 18, 2019, at Arkansas Hospice River Valley Home. She was born January 8, 1950, in Olton, Texas to William Clifford and Janie Florene Hughes Morgan.
In addition to her parents, Dale and Florene Blalack, she was preceded in death by a son, Johnny Willis; a daughter, Shawna Adame; and a sister, Sharon Harris.
Survivors include four sons, Gary, Billy, Shane, and Randy; a son-in-law, Daniel Adame; a daughter, Maria; and a sister, Johnnie Harris; two best friends, Terilyn Marie and Leatha Laymon; 26 grandchildren; and many loving great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, April 24, 2019, at the Shinn Chapel, with Pastor Noel Hubler officiating, under the direction of Shinn Funeral Service of Russellville.
The family will receive friends following the service.
