The Rev C Magraw, assisted by Mr C.M Makey L.R officiated. The service was choral, Mrs A Holman presiding at the organ and playing "Oh rest in the Lord," and "Blest are the departed." The hymns were "Abide with me," and "How bright these gloroius spirits shine." The grave was lined with evergreens interspersed with chrysanthemums.
