Nettie Lou Brittain Manley Wicks

Daughter of John William & Roxanna Hopkins Brittain.

Her first husband was Alonzo Haskell Manley, with whom she had her children. He died in 1954. Nettie and Haskell are buried in the same cemetery, but she was not listed as a survivor in his obituary or funeral invitation from 1954.

Her second husband was Harmon H. Wicks, who died in 1977.

Survived by two sons, William Davis Manley of Stockbridge and Robert Lamar Manley of Roswell; a daughter, Mrs. George Carroll of Hampton, VA; and a sister, Mrs. Cornelia Moore of Decatur.

Interment services: Friday, March 18, 1983, Greenwood Cemetery.
