Pamela K. Ezell, 69, of Murray, Kentucky, died at 1:26 a.m. Sunday, April 21, 2019, at the Murray-Calloway County Hospital.
She was born Feb. 21, 1950, in Murray, to Doris Earl and Mary Elizabeth Jones Ezell.
She was a member of Kirksey United Methodist Church and retired from Fisher Price/Mattel.
Ms. Ezell is survived by her daughter, Autumn Puryear and husband Rob of Mayfield; a sister, Phyllis Ann Robinson of Murray; and three grandchildren.
A graveside service will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, April 24, 2019, at the Mount Carmel Cemetery in Kirksey with April Arnold officiating. Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Tuesday, April 23, 2019, at Blalock-Coleman & York Funeral Home.
