Jerry was a graduate of East Liverpool High School. He was a proud United States Army Veteran serving during the Vietnam War in Fort Dix, NJ. He was a mechanic by trade, owning and operating Jerry’s Auto Repair since 1980. He was very proud of his business and enjoyed helping people.
Jerry is survived by his mother; daughter; granddaughter; two grandsons; three great-grandchildren; four sisters. He is also survived by David Gamble, who was like a son, as well as, Jeremiah Calhoun, whom he helped raise. Many nieces, nephews, and cousins survive as well.
Pastor Mark Blakely will celebrate Jerry’s life, Wednesday, April 24, 2019, at 3:00 PM, at the Arner Funeral Chapel. Friends may visit 2 hours prior to the services, from 1:00 PM- 3:00 PM. Private interment will be at Spring Grove Cemetery in East Liverpool.
