Courtney was a graduating member of the McIntosh High School Class of 2002, after which he enlisted in the U. S. Army. He loved his Alabama Crimson Tide.
Preceding him in death was his maternal grandmother, Cora Lee Adams.
Left to forever cherish his precious memories are his loved children, LeCedrick Adams (mother, Kelli McMillian), and Kardaja Zion Adams (mother, Lydia E. Ingram); mother, Georgia A. Dillard; two sisters, Percosha Adams, and Conszuela (Sly) Maye; five nieces, Ashantae Adams, LaQuisha Adams, Darieylle Adams, Jazmyne Sutton, and Ja'Kia Sutton; three nephews, Jeremy (Daisneekqua) Jones, Jalien Sutton, and Jaheim Sutton; one great nephew, Haviyon M.
