Mr. Gorman, a man of faith and deacon at Grace Bible Believers Church, passed away April 20, 2019. He is a United States Army veteran of the Vietnam war in which he was totally disabled and a recipient of a Purple Heart and a Bronze Star. He loved hunting and fishing and made sure his grandchildren did as well.
He is survived by his wife of forty-five years, Gayle Gorman; daughter, Charlotte Gorman Morris; son, Truman Gorman and wife Lori; brother, Frank Gorman; grandchildren, Alexis Gorman, Ethan Gorman, Micah Gorman, Logan Gorman and Abigayle Gorman.
Mr. Gorman is preceded in death by his parents, Simon Franklin Gorman and Wallie Gorman and his loyal companion, "Little man" Max.
Serving as pallbearers will be Randy Wooten, Will Lambert, Wayne Wallace, Claude Sharp, Mitchell Gorman, and Russell McKoin.
Honorary pallbearers will be the Military Honor Guard.
