Jimmie Coy Carter, Sr. age, 83 went to be with the Lord on Saturday April 20.

He was born January 21, 1936 in Garvin, OK, the son of Houston Carter and Edna (Gardner) Carter.

Jimmie was a lifelong resident of Valliant. He enjoyed his life, farming, and his church family. Jimmie was a member of the Assembly of God Church in Valliant.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Houston and Edna Carter; a son, Jimmy Coy Carter, Jr.; three brothers, Spencer Carter, Otis D. Carter, and John Houston Carter; one sister, Lois Southard.

Survivors include: his Son, Ronnie Carter of Broken Bow, OK; Daughter, Lagina Carter, CA; Sister, Bobbie Black of Garvin, OK along with many loved family and friends.
