Pamela Carol Johnson Howell, 55 of Wheelwright, KY, passed away April 21, 2019 at McDowell ARH. Born December 23, 1963, she was the daughter of Clinton Little of Melvin, KY and the late Eva Jacobs Little. Carol is the wife of the late Tivis Johnson & Stoney Howell. She was a retired secretary for the Floyd Co. Board of Education. Along with father, Carol is survived by her brothers & sisters: Marty (Shelia) Little of Willard, KY, Doug (Lori) Little & Brian (Brandy) Little both of Melvin, KY, Jill Little (Don) Hall and Brenda (Willie) Slone both of Wheelwright, KY; brother & sister in laws: Ricky (Lora) of McDowell, KY, Bill (Monica) Howell of Willard, KY, Neil Brown of Melvin, KY, Carrie (Jason) Reid of Prestonsburg, KY, Beatrice Conn of McDowell, KY and Jenny Ann Little of Melvin, KY; A Host of nieces & nephews and great nieces & nephews. In addition to her mother, Carol was preceded in death by her brother; Kevin Little and sister: Kimberly Brown. Carol will be missed by all that knew and loved her.
Time and Place of Services: Wednesday (April 24, 2019) 11am Joppa Old Regular Baptist Church, Melvin, KY
Visitation: after 6pm Monday (April 22, 2019) and all day Tuesday (April 23, 2019) at the church with nightly services at 6pm
