Mr. Wayne Grant, age 64 of Griffin, passed away on Friday, April 19, 2019 at his residence.

Wayne was born on October 19, 1954 in Griffin, Georgia. He is preceded in death by his wife, Donna Howard Grant; mother, Mary Alice Braswell and step-father, Sonny Braswell; aunt, Lilly Runell McLean; grandparents, Ernest and Alice McLean. Wayne was a plumber for “A Christian Plumber”, he loved to fish and enjoyed watching the western channel.

Survivors include his sisters, Gloria Mays and husband Tommy of Austin, Texas, Diane Shurette of Griffin, and Lenora Trehorn of Newnan, several nieces and nephews.

A visitation for Mr. Wayne Grant will be Monday, April 22, 2019 from 11:00 am until 12:30 pm at Conner-Westbury Funeral Home, with a graveside funeral service following at 1:00 pm in Oak Hill Cemetery. Pastor Gene Luke will officiate.
