He was the son of William Riley Rudd and Ruth Alwilda Carter Rudd, and the husband of his first wife the late Virginia Loretta Dakin Rudd. Celdon is survived by his five children, Linda Sue Kenworthy, Patricia Ann Giar, Lawrence Celdon Rudd, Jennifer Rebecca Ridner and Jesse Hobert Rudd; His grandchildren: Jason L. Rudd, Staci Marie Weyman, Rob Motz, Ruthann Morley, Selena Michelle Tatro, Mark Allen Giar, Mitchell Lee Giar, Matthew James Giar, Jose Celdon Sanchez, Jeffrey Lee Allender, Trevor Anthony Neel, Sarrah Shyanne Kenworthy, Andrew Dakin Kenworthy, Richard William Rudd, Randall Lawrence Rudd, Samantha Marie Rudd, Bradley Stephen Tucker: several great-grandchildren and great-great- grandchildren; siblings: Eldon, Luchion, Ricky, Melvin, Charles, Bill, Hobert, Christine, Jewell, Gay, Bernice, Alice, Nancy, Mary Lou, Lillian and Lee; as well as by many nieces, nephews, and other family and friends. Celdon was married to his second wife Carol Ann Beck and third wife Ima Jean Long.
