William Edward "Bill," Bolton 86, of Richmond, passed away Friday, March 9, 2018.
Bill joined the Air Force shortly after graduating from Thomas Jefferson High School. He was stationed in Japan during the Korean War as a Military Police Officer. He joined IBEW 666 Electrical Union, where he retired after 58 years.
Bill was preceded in death by his wife, Doris; son, Danny (58848416); and daughter-in-law, Yvonne.
Left to cherish his memory are his son, Michael Bolton and wife, Tammy; daughter, Donna Matthews and husband, Jack; grandchildren, Mike Jr., Jeremiah, Amanda, Matthew, Kylie, Bucky and Brittany; 10 great-grandchildren and many other family members and friends.
A funeral service will be held Thursday, March 15, 2018, at Bliley's-Staples Mill Chapel, Richmond.
Interment will immediately follow at Greenwood Memorial Gardens.
