Delores Carter Ward age 71, of Knoxville, passed away Saturday, April 20, 2019 at Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center.
Preceded in death by husband, George W. Ward; parents, Ralph and Ellen Carter.
Survivors: daughter and son-in-law, Tammy and Paul Abbott of Woolwich Township, NJ; son, Tim Ward; son and daughter-in-law, Terry and Kendra Ward, all of Knoxville; grandchildren, Jessica, Megan, Amber, Gavin, Bret, Shania and Colten; sister, Janie Sharp; brother, Bobby Carter; brother and sister-in-law, Rev. Paul and Stephanie Carter; several nieces and nephews.
Family will receive friends 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Monday, April 22, 2019 at Stevens Mortuary. Family and friends will meet 10:45 a.m. Tuesday, April 23, 2019 at Highland Memorial Park for an 11:00 a.m. graveside service and interment.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Dysautonomia International, P.O. Box 596, East Moriches, New York 11940.
