GALVESTON — Mr. Kelsey Gerrand Jackson, 23, departed this life on Friday, July 20, 2007, at UTMB Galveston, surrounded by his love ones.

Kelsey was born on May 5, 1984, in Galveston, Texas.

He is survived by his wife, Clethia Jackson; his precious twin daughters, Kiera and Kyra; mother and step-father, Nadine and Elroy George; father, Larry Feaster; grandparents, Fredda Mae Jackson, Emma Feaster, Ithea Cahee and Leon Jules; his brother, Jacoby Jackson; aunts, Florence Jackson, Darlene Jackson, Shavonne Jackson, Joann Cahee, Vernell, Michelle and Shelly; uncles, Wayne, Floyd and Leon; step-siblings, Victoria, Larkesha, Felicia, Benson, Jonathan, Elvien and Laroy; devoted cousins, Andre, Darius, Passion, Tomika, Keivette, Frank, Jozette, Marvin, Marsha and Sharonda Jackson; numerous other cousins, relatives and friends.

Kelsey was a graduate of Ball High School, Class of 2003. He worked in many different fields, truck driver, electronics, forklift operator, and was currently employed with the City of Galveston as a heavy equipment operator. Kelsey’s years were happily spent raising their daughters. He was a loving father, and a caring person who adored his family.

The family would like to give special thanks to the 4th floor MICU, 7A Dora and 9C Ann.

Funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 28, 2007, at Saint John Baptist Church with the Rev. Louis Simpson Sr., officiating.

Burial will follow at Lakeview Cemetery in Galveston.

Visitation will begin at 4:00 p.m. on Friday, July 27, 2007, followed by a wake from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the chapel of Fields Funeral Services.
