He is survived by : his wife Donna Marie Eversole; his sons, David Whitaker (Sharon) of Narvon and Keith Whitaker (Laura) of Sullivan; his grandson Kirk Whitaker (Sherelle); his great grandchildren, Amelia, Olivia Whitaker of Leesburg, Georgia and Parker Whitaker of Sullivan; and also, Brent Buckalew, Cansas and Jack Buckalew of Monticello.
