Joe was born on July 12, 1935, in Alexandria, IN to Raymond and Millie (Dunn) Fuller.
On November 20, 1955 he married the love of his life Martha (Alexander) Fuller.
Surviving are his loving wife, of 64 years, Martha (Alexander) Fuller they were married on Nov. 20, 1955. During their marriage of 64 years they had four children, daughter, Vickie (Norman) Finnerty of Anderson, three sons, Tim Fuller at home, Steve (Lesa) Fuller of TX, and John (Teresa) Fuller of Warsaw, two grandsons, Michael Finnerty of Anderson and Clint (Jackie) Fuller of Texas, brother, Bill Fuller of Alexandria, sister, Carol (Tom) Lehman of Alexandria, several nieces, nephews and extended family.
Joe retired from Best Ever Dairy in 1995, after 35 years in maintenance. He was secretary and treasurer of Frankton Fire Department for 15 years. He also worked in Frankton Heritage Days for 35 years, had Grouch's repair shop and when his wife Martha took over Hendricks Restaurant and started Martha's Place in Frankton, he helped her in the business. Joe was a faithful member of the Madison Christian Church of Frankton.
Funeral service celebrating Joe's life will be at 11:00 AM, on Wednesday, April 24, 2019, at Harper & Dunnichay Funeral Home in Frankton with Pastor Donna Herring officiating. Burial will follow in the K. of P. and I.O.O.F. Cemetery
