Mr. William “Bill” Starks, age 54, of Paducah, formerly of Mayfield, passed away on Monday, April 08, 2019 at River Haven Nursing and Rehab in Paducah, KY.

He was of the Church of Christ Faith and a graduate of Mayfield High School.

Mr. Starks is survived by one son, Antonio Norsworthy of Washington State; three brothers, Edward Starks of Mayfield, KY, Leonard Starks of Mayfield, KY and Val Keith (Tammy) Starks of Paducah, KY; five sisters, Shirley Randle of Mayfield, KY, Teresa (Tony) Hockett of Murfreesboro, TN, Terri Hamilton of Paducah, KY, Katie Starks of Paducah, KY and Michelle Starks of Paducah, KY; three grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.

He was preceded in death by three sisters, Betty Lee Starks, Gloria Cunningham and Violette Taylor; three brothers, Quarnail Thomas, Wallace Starks and Joe Starks; and his parents, Bert Wallace and Mary Emma Ridgeway Starks.

Funeral services for Mr. William “Bill” Starks will be 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 13, 2019 at Byrn Funeral Home in Mayfield, KY. Rev. Robert Kendrick will officiate.

Interment will follow at Peaceful Valley Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Troy Bonn, Victor Jackson, Harry Wing, Jr., Danny Kirby, Gerome Owens and Kenzo Sherrill.

Visitation will be 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 13, 2019 at the funeral home.
