Nancy Kirk Holcomb, 81, of Fork Mountain, passed away April 19, 2019. She was also predeceased by her husband, John Melvin Holcomb; parents, Charles Everett and Doris Brown Kirk; sisters, Betty Lou Dillon, Ruby Warren and Bessie Matherly; brother, Everett Junior Kirk. She is survived by daughter, Katherine Holcomb; sisters, Freeda Brown, Shirley Holcomb, Sherry Holcomb and Bobbie Holcomb. Nancy retired from Stanley Furniture where she was a receptionist and switchboard operator. During the 70’s through early 90’s, she and Melvin owned and operated H & H Market and Holcomb’s Typewriter Service in Fork Mountain. She loved Bluegrass music. She was a member of Fork Mountain United Methodist Church.
Burial will be in Henry Memorial Park.
