Pamela Ann “Pam” Bouquet Hill, 66, of Carnesville, passed away Thursday morning, April 18, 2019, at her home.

Born March 16, 1953 in Royston, Georgia, she was the daughter of the late Sidney Joseph and Vivian Lucille Massey Bouquet. She was a 1971 graduate of Franklin County High School, and graduated from Brenau University with a BS in Criminal Justice and Public Administration. She was a Para Pro with Canon Elementary School, the first female deputy in the Franklin County Sheriff’s Department, an Intensive Probation Officer, and Investigator with the Franklin County Family and Children’s Service. She was a member of the Canon United Methodist Church.

She is survived by her husband, Steve Hill; sons and daughters-in-law, Todd Hill, Lavonia, Eric & Jenny Hill, Lavonia, Corey & Samantha Bouquet, Elberton, and Josh & Jessica Brown, of Martin, GA; granddaughter, Sunny Daisy Hill: sisters and brother-in-law, Mary & Bobby Dowell, Canon, Becky Lacey, Lavonia, and Shannon Royston, Royston; brother and sister-in-law, Greg &Tina Bouquet, Canon.

Services will be 2pm Monday at the Canon United Methodist Church with the Rev. Bob Claytor and Dr. Phillip Burden. Interment will be in the Bowers Memorial Park in Canon also known as Oak View Cemetery.

The body is at the Ginn Funeral Home, Carnesville, and will be placed in the church at 1:30 Monday afternoon. The family is at the home. They will receive friends from 6 until 9 Saturday evening at the funeral home.
