Mrs. Rex (Mildred O.) Davis, 60, of 2750 Charlesgate Dr. SW, cashier for her husband's business, Davis Auction Sales, died of a heart ailment Thursday at St. Mary's Hospital following a three year illness.

Born in Paulding County, Ohio, she lived in Toledo, Ohio before coming here 17 years ago. She was a member of South Congregational Church and of the Parent-Teachers Association of Rogers Elementary School.

Only survivor is her husband.

The body is at the Sullivan Funeral Home, where services will be held at 10:30 AM Tuesday. Rev. Charles W. Scheid, minister of South Congregational Church will officiate. Burial will be in Rosedale Memorial Park.
