Including her parents, Peggy was preceded in death by three sisters, Virginia Lee Lear, Ida Matherly and Jennie Gregory; and a brother, Orville P. Byrd. Peggy was a former employee with Florida Tile in Lawrenceburg, a member of Golden Pathway Fellowship and enjoyed gardening of all types. Peggy was a very loving and caring person, and all of her nieces and nephew would quickly tell you that. Peggy is survived by two sisters, Margaret Gay and Nancy Maddox, both of Lawrenceburg; three brothers, Ben E. Byrd, Dean Byrd and Chester Byrd, all of Lawrenceburg; several nieces and nephews, and a special friend, Jeffery R. Curtsinger of Lawrenceburg. Burial will be in the Lawrenceburg Cemetery, Lawrenceburg, Kentucky.
