He had been employed as a Vinyl Craft flooring installer and was a member of Bethel Baptist Church in Greenfield. He was a graduate of Greenfield-Central High School.
Survivors include his son, Rodney Clay Riley Jr. of Shelbyville; daughters Jessica Engle of Indianapolis and Salena Riley of Shelbyville; stepdaughter Jessica Marcum of Greenfield; and brothers Robert Clifford Riley Jr. of Indianapolis and Randy Riley of Morristown. He was preceded in death by his wife, Kelly (Boots) Riley; his parents; and brother Ricky Riley.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at Pasco-Stillinger Funeral Home in Greenfield with the Revs. Wayne Scott and Randall Parker officiating. Burial will follow at Park Cemetery in Greenfield. Friends may call from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
