Linda K. Meisinger, 58, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Tuesday, April 16, 2019.
She was born on February 1, 1961 in Pittsfield, Massachusetts to the late Duane and Kay (Swanson) Aase.

Linda grew up in Richland, WA where she was a Girl Scout Leader and played volleyball during High School. She then went to college at Washington State University (WSU); receiving a Bachelor Degree in Child and Family Studies in 1984.

She met her future husband Robert at a dance while they were both undergraduate students at WSU. They were married on September 3, 1983 in Richland. After WSU they lived in the states of Iowa, Washington, Illinois and Kentucky in over a dozen residences. Linda raised a family of three, and when it was required home-schooled her children for 1-1/2 years.

Linda also worked outside the home at various times as a Preschool Teacher, Activities Director for a Children's Museum, and as a Substitute Teacher in primary schools. Linda was an exceptionally devoted and caring mother, wife, and friend to all who knew her, with the ability to earnestly comfort and touch others in need - emotionally, physically and spiritually. She received Jesus Christ while in college, and it sustained her, and supplied meaning and comfort throughout her life.

Linda is survived by her loving husband Robert F. Meisinger, children Sarah Latta (Jason), Andrew Meisinger (Mallory), Joseph Meisinger, grandchildren Edison Latta, Watson Latta, Peyton Meisinger and Reese Meisinger. She is also survived by her brother Mark Aase.
