Vivian Blevins Carter, 94 of East Ridge, died on Tuesday, April 16, 2019.

She was a life-long member of East Ridge Baptist Church.

Funeral services will be held at 1:30 PM Friday, April 19, in the funeral home chapel with Captain Tommy Preston officiating. Interment will follow in the Chattanooga National Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 4-8 PM Thursday, April 18, and after 11 AM Friday, April 19, at Heritage Funeral Home, 7454 East Brainerd Road, Chattanooga, TN 37421.
