Obituary from The Montana Standard:

Lisa Ann (Guinard) Ball died Friday at home following a brief illness. She was born in Deer Lodge on March 11, 1966, to Jerry J. Guinard and Virginia A. McCrossin. She attended many schools while growing up and graduated from Twin Bridges High School.

Lisa married Blaine Van Meter June 15, 1985. They had one daughter, Tara Ann, and later divorced. On Nov. 7, 1992, she married Chuck Stoltz. They also had one daughter, Cassie Lynn, but later divorced.

Lisa met Howard Ball while working in Sheridan. They married in Jackson on Oct. 10, 1998. They made a home in Dillon for their blended families, as Howard has a son, Nathan.

Lisa was a generous and devoted mother and wife, always putting her family first. She loved cooking and animals, especially cats, dogs and fish. She collected teddy bears but was especially fond of `` Pooh'' bears.

She is survived by her husband, Howard; daughters, Tara and Cassie; stepson, Nathan; mother, Virginia McCrossin; father, Jerry Guinard and wife Lela; brother, Alan E. LaFrance; sisters and brothers-in-law, Linda K. (Richard) Meine, Jimilea (Bill) Grose, Duana (Dennis) Greub and Chaini (Kurt) Askins; parents-in-law, Clarence and Kathy Ball; brothers-in-law, John (Yutta) Ball and Robert (Lora) Ball; sister-in-law, Betty Ball; and many aunts and uncles on her father's side and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Services will be at K&L Mortuary at 2 p.m. Wednesday with interment to follow at Point of Rocks Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Dillon Humane Society or the Point of Rocks Cemetery.

My Mom is in Heaven

Above us all she dances around

Smiling down with Pooh Bear on a cloud

I know she's in a better place up there

She'll guard Cassie and I with lots of care

In my heart I love her true

Now she's gone I'm kind of blue

`` Don't fuss about me,'' she'd say

I know that later on I'll see her someday

Let her watch me grow up strong

Everywhere I go, she'll tag along

But for now memories will help me

My mom's forever in my heart, as you see
