She is survived by her daughter, Tempa Plecker; her son-in-law, Skip Ferguson; grandchildren, Carman and Mikae Gaetanos, and their children, Jacob, Joshua and Jessamy, all of St Augustine, and Shannon and Daniel Chesla and their children, Nathan and Christian, of Gambrills, Md. Also left to miss her kind attention is her granddog China, her faithful companion.
At Betty's request, no funeral service is planned. Instead, her family will gather to honor her memory in a private celebration of her life.
