GLENN E. ROSSMAN
RAUCHTOWN-Glen E. Rossman, 53, of Rauchtown, died at 3:45 p.m. Wednesday [Nov. 3, 1976] in Jersey Shore Hospital after being admitted earlier in the day.
He became ill unexpectedly Saturday prior to being hospitalized.
He was born Feb. 2, 1923 in Rote, a son of Mrs. Laura Rossman of Rote and the late Glenn Rossman.
A resident of Rauchtown for the past 15 years. Mr. Rossman previously lived in Rote.
He was employed by Pittsburgh Building and Iron Company, Williamsport, for the past five years, and worked for Clasters Steel Company in that city prior to that.
A veteran of World War II, Mr. Rossman served in the 180th Field Artillery in the U.S. Army in France and Germany.
Surviving are his widow, the former Louise Albright; two daughters, Mrs. Carl [Glenda] Frantz of Williamsport and Miss Pamela Rossman at home; one grandson; one brother, John Rossman of Mill Hall R.D.1; and a sister, Mrs. John [Florence] Warren of Mill Hall.
ROSSMAN-Funeral services for Glenn E. Rossman, 53, of Rauchtown, who died at 3:45 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 3, 1976 in Jersey Shore Hospital, after becoming unexpectedly ill, will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday in the Ramm Funeral Home, Loganton, with the Rev Robert Pickering officiating. Burial will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery. Friends are being received in the funeral home after 7 p.m. Friday. Ramm Funeral Home, Lock Haven.
