Tanner, Rebecca Jo age 68, of Baxter, passed away peacefully and surrounded by family on June 11, 2018, in Essentia - St. Joseph's Medical Center after a courageous battle with pancreatic cancer. Becky had a passion for nature, gardening, baking, and the arts. An avid traveler, she enjoyed trips to Europe, Costa Rica, St. John's, and Costco. Becky cherished her girlfriends. Above all else, she loved being a grandmother. Preceded in death by her parents, Curt and Dorothy Lindberg. Survived by her three daughters, Nicole and her husband Bart of Baxter, Stephanie and her partner Jeff of Crosslake, and Tanya and her husband Stephen of Eagle, CO; grandchildren, Cole, Camille, Tyson, and Hudson; sisters, Deborah (Ly) and Patricia; and brothers, Mark (Sharon) and Dale. Visitation at 10 AM followed by services at 11 AM on Monday, June 18, at Lord of Life Lutheran Church in Baxter. Arrangements by Nelson-Doran Funeral Home. The family welcomes memorial donations to the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network (pancan.org) or the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum (arboretum.umn.edu).
