Fishers - Carol J. Payne, 81, passed away November 24, 2017. She was born March 22, 1936 to the late William G. and Viola M. Brower.
Carol was a graduate of St. Agnes Academy and was formerly employed with The Indiana State Legislature and the Indiana Court of Appeals. She was a member of Holy Spirit Geist Catholic Church. Carol enjoyed yearly trips to Ft. Myers Beach with her husband and spending time with her children and grandchildren.
Carol is survived by her loving husband of 57 years, Richard A. Payne; sons, Mark A. (Julie), Scott R. (Phyllis) and Steven W. (Jeanette) Payne; and grandchildren, Kaitlin, Caroline, Alexander, Andrew, Nicholas and Jacob.
Visitation will be Thursday, November 30, 2017 at Holy Spirit at Geist Catholic Church, 10350 Glaser Way, Fishers, Indiana from 10:00 a.m. until 12 noon, followed immediately by a Memorial Mass.
Final care and arrangements are entrusted to Shirley Brothers Fishers-Castleton Chapel.
