Lee Vaughn Horton, age 81, of Kelso, TN passed away on April 13, 2019 at St. Thomas West Hospital. He was born on June 13, 1937 in Lincoln County, TN to the late Elbert Arnold and Virgie Lorena Newgent Horton. He was a retired truck driver for Averitt Express and a member of the Maranatha Baptist Church.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Addie Bea Horton.

Mr. Horton is survived by a daughter: Karen (Chuck) Barnes of Kelso, TN; three sons: Mike (Sherry) Horton of Flintville, TN, Mark (LaGay) Horton of Flintville, TN and Jeff Horton of Kelso, TN; nine grandchildren: Nicholas (Amanda) Barnes, Ashley (Mark) Bolden, Whitney Horton, Kesha (TJ) Oduyela, Joshua Barnes, Ethan Horton, Halie Horton, Alexis Horton and DJ Horton; nine great grandchildren; sister: Gaynell Painter of Flintville, TN; brother: Wayne Horton of Flintville, TN; and a very special friend: Judy Stafford.

Funeral services will be conducted on Monday, April 15, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Gallant-Riverview Funeral Home with Pastor Lon Ostrzycki and Pastor Danny Bell officiating. Burial will follow in Flintville Cemetery. Visitation is Sunday from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
