Rebecca Lynn “Beck” Gray, 35, of Central City, formerly of Boswell, passed on November 29, 2018. Born April 15, 1983 in Somerset, she was a daughter of Tammy (Blair) Zellam (David) of Central City and William Weimer (Patricia) of Friedens. She is preceded in death by her infant son Evan Christopher Gray; paternal grandfather Christopher Weimer; and maternal grandparents Evan and Pauline (Fleegle) Blair. She is survived by her parents; paternal grandmother Irene (Tressler) Weimer; husband Wayde Gray of Meyersdale; children Lydia, Allyson, and Hayden, all at home; brothers Douglas Coughenour of Shanksville and Jacob Zellam of Central City; and close friend Tammy Warden — Minnick. Beck was a 2001 graduate of Conemaugh Twp. High School, where she played softball, and was a drummer in the band. She enjoyed her work career at both Meadowview Nursing Center and the AT&T store at the Galleria Mall in Johnstown. She enjoyed fishing with her Pap Weimer, riding dirt bikes and motorcycles, and competing in local demolition derbies. A graveside memorial service will be held at noon Saturday, December 8 at the Evangelical Lutheran Cemetery in Jennerstown, Pastor Scott Gray officiating.
